Pork Chop Steak

Pork Chop Steak Recipe :
Ingredients
- 1 kilo pork chop
- 3 tablespoons calamansi juice
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 – 3 white onions, sliced into thick circles
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Steps:
- Place the pork chop slices in a bowl. Pour in calamansi juice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and some pepper to taste. Mix well and set aside.
- Heat some oil in a pan. Sear the pork slices till browned. Cook these by batches, flipping till both sides are cooked. Repeat till all the pork chops are cooked.
- In the same pan, cook white onions, saute till aromatic. Add back the pork chops and mix well. Pour in the leftover marinade and sugar. Mix, cover and simmer at medium heat till pork is tender.
- Uncover and add in more onions (optional), toss and cook for a minute before serving.

Pork Chop Steak Resipi: (Tagalog version)
Mga Sangkap :
- 1 kilo pork chop
- 3 kutsarang calamansi juice
- ½ tasa soy sauce
- 1 kutsarang oyster sauce
- Paminta Panlasa
- 2 – 3 puting sibuyas, hiniwa ng makakapal na bilog
- 2 kutsarang asukal
Paano Lutuin :
- Ilagay ang mga pork chop sa mangkok. Haluan ito ng calamansi juice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, at paminta. Itabi.
- Maginit ng mantika sa kawali. Lutuin ang mga pork chop hanggang mag kayumanggi ang bawat gilid. Wag lutuin ng sabay sabay para di mag tubig. Pagluto na ang lahat ng pork chop, itabi.
- Sa parehong kawali, lutuin ang mga sibuyas hanggang bumango. Ibalik ang mga pork chops at haluan ng natirang marinade at asukal. Takpan at pakuouin sa katamtamang init hanggang lumambot at baboy.
