Let’s start with the chocolate cake. If you have tried making a cake in the past, this layer will be an easy one for you. All you needed to do is to mix all the ingredients and make it a nice thick batter. Bake the batter to have a moist and decadent chocolate cake. Get your tin can and copy its shape to make sure that it will fit later. Cut the cake horizontally to have two parts. For each dream cake you’ll make, you will only need one layer of cake.

The sugar syrup is a very simple one. Simply mix and heat equal parts of sugar and water to make have a sweet syrup. Using this recipe, you will have excess sugar syrup you can use for a lot of chocolate dream cake.

The pudding is a soft, creamy and thick chocolate. It stands between a chocolate sauce and jelly. First, make a mixture of all the ingredients in a bowl except for the milk and powdered sugar. These ingredients will be heated in a pot. Now, you will have two mixtures—the thick chocolate paste and the sweet hot cream. Mix them together using this hack. Thin out the chocolate paste by adding some of the milk. The now thin chocolate paste mixes easier with the milk, making sure that there will be no lumps. Mix the pudding mixture and stir continuously until you achieve a thick sauce. This will be thicker as it cools down. Transfer the chocolate pudding in a bowl and cover it with cling wrap. Ensure no air and the wrap must touch the pudding. Chill it until ready to use.

The last two layer are the simplest ones. For the chocolate ganache, simply mix chopped chocolate and hot cream. For the melted chocolate, melt some chocolates using a microwave oven. And now, all your layers are ready. Chocolate dream cake, assemble!

The most exciting part of assembling a chocolate dream cake is that you can see the layers you’ll be eating for later. Most tin cans used for chocolate dream cake are short, and you can only make one set of layers. Start by spreading chocolate ganache on the can. Add a layer of your chocolate cake and brush it with sugar syrup. Cover it with more chocolate ganache. Add a layer of chocolate pudding followed by melted chocolate.
