Sinarsahang Atay with Patatas Recipe:

Ingredients :
- ½ kilo chicken liver
- 1 cup Sprite
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ kilo marble potatoes, peeled
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
- ⅓ cup tomato sauce
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
Steps :
1. Place the livers in a tray and pour in the Sprite, soy sauce, and pepper. Mix well. Marinate for 1 hour.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add in the marble potatoes. Fry until it turns light brown. When browned, take it out and set aside.

3. In the same pan, sear the chicken liver in batches. Flip to cook evenly. Take it out once seared, repeat till all the livers are cooked.

4. Add in garlic and saute till aromatic. Mix in the onions and cook until slightly translucent before adding the reserved marinade. Bring to a boil before adding the tomato sauce.

5. Placing back the liver and potatoes. Mix until well combined. Once these are all coated in the sauce. Add in the bell pepper and cook for a few minutes. Serve hot.

Sinarsahang Atay with Patatas Resipi: (Tagalog version)
Mga Sangkap :
- ½ kilo atay ng manok
- 1 tasa Sprite
- ⅓ tasa soy sauce
- 1 kutsaritang paminta
- ½ kilo marble potatoes, binalatan
- 4 butil ng bawang, tinadtad
- 1 sibuyas, tinadtad
- ⅓ tasa tomato sauce
- 1 pulang kampanilya paminta, hiwa
Paano Lutuin :
- Ilagay ang mga atay sa trey at ibuhos ang Sprite, soy sauce, at paminta. Haluin ng mabuti.
- Maginit ng mantika sa kawali, ilagay ang mga patata at lutuin hanggang magkulay kape ang mga ito. Tanggalin sa kawali at itabi.
- Sa parehong kawali, igisa ang mga atay ng manok ng mag pantig. Baliktarin para maluto ng pantay. Pagkatapos ay tanggalin sa kawali, ulitin hanggang maluto ang lahat ng atay.
- Iluto ang bawang hanggang mabango. Ihalo ang mga sibuyas at lutuin hanggang lumambot bago ilagay ang natirang marinade. Pakuluin bago isama ang tomato sauce.
