Buko salad Ice Candy recipe (tagalog)
Sahog
- 2 litro ng tubig
- 1 lata condensed milk (390g)
- 1 lata evaporated milk (300ml)
- 1 lata fruit cocktail (839 gramo)
- 1 tasa ginayad na buko
- 1 tasa cassava flour o cornstarch o malting (hinalo sa 1 tasa ng tubig)
- asukal pampalasa
Paano lutuin
- Salain ang fruit cocktail at hiwain ang mga prutas ng maliliit. Itabi.
- Sa palayok na may tubig ipakulo ito at ilagay ang evaporated milk, condensed milk at haluin ng mabuti. Tikman at lagyan ng asukal kung kinakailangan.
- Ilagay ang buko, hinati na prutas at haluin ng mabuti. Ipakulo gamit ang katamtamang init.
- Ihanda anf cassava flour na may tubig, haluin ito hanggang walang tumpok.
- Ilagaya ang hinalong harina sa palayok. Gagawin nitong makinis ang ice candy. Tuloy tuoy ihalo at pakuluin ng 5 minuto sa mababang init.tanggalin at palamigin.
- Pag di na mainit ilagay ang mga ito sa ice candy na plastik, gumamit ng funnel at pantusok kung kinakailangan para mapuno ang plastik, itali ang dulo at palamigin magdamag.
