1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). Line a 9-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mash 4 ripe banana. Next, add eggs, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla, then whisk until well incorporated.

3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, starting with the sugar then the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Transfer the batter into loaf pan and top with assorted nuts.
