Stir-fry Green beans with Pork Belly
Stir-Fry Green Beans with Pork Belly is a deliciously easy dish that packs a lot of flavor. It also only takes around 10 minutes more or less to make ! Ingredients
- 750 grams pork belly ( chopped )
- 400 grams green beans
- 2 medium bell peppers
- 1 large onion ( sliced )
- 5 cloves garlic ( minced )
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
Steps:
- Prepare the bell peppers by removing the seed/core then slicing these. Set these aside. Then slice the green beans into smaller bite-sized pieces. Set these aside as well.
- In a pan, cook the pork belly until these change in color and the fats start to render. Add in garlic and onions, saute until aromatic. Then add in black pepper and soy sauce.
- Mix well before pouring in water. Cover, then simmer for 10 – 15 minutes or until the pork is tender. The fork should easily pierce the meat. Add in bell peppers, green beans, and oyster sauce.
- Stir-fry until well combined. Cover and cook for just 1 minute. Give it a little stir before serving.

Mga Sangkap :
- 750 gramo pork belly ( hiniwa )
- 400 gramo sitaw
- 2 kampanilya paminta
- 1 sibuyas ( hiniwa )
- 5 butil ng bawang ( tinadtad )
- Paminta panlasa
- 2 kutsarang soy sauce
- 1 tasa tubig
- 3 kutsarang oyster sauce
Paano Lutuin :
- Ihanda ang mga kampanilya paminta, tanggalin ang mga buto bago hiwain. Itabi. Hiwain ang mga sitaw ng maliliit. Itabi.
- Sa kawali, lutuin ang mga pork belly hanggang mag iba ng kulay at matunaw ng konti ang mga taba. Lutuin ang mga bawang at sibuyas at lutuin hanggang mabango. Haluan ng paminta at soy sauce.
- Ibuhos ito ng tubig. Takpan, pakuluan ng 10 – 15 minuto o hanggang lumambot ang pork. Dapat mabilis na ito tagusan ng tinidor. Haluan ng kampanilya paminta, sitaw, at oyster sauce.
- Istir-fry at takpan muli para lutuin ng 1 minuto. Ihalo muli ng konti bago ihanda.
