Ingredients
- 600 grams cabbage
- 300 grams pork belly
- 3 cloves garlic ( minced )
- 1 medium onion ( sliced )
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- ½ cup water
- 1 small carrot ( julienned )
- Fish sauce to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 small red bell pepper ( julienned )
Steps:
- Use half a cabbage, remove the core, then sliced into chunks. Give it a good wash and set aside.
- Cut the pork belly into smaller pieces and saute at high heat till these turn light brown and the fats have rendered. Add in the garlic and onions, cook until aromatic before pouring in the oyster sauce and water.
