Ingredients
- ½ kilo salmon head
- 3 pieces tomatoes ( sliced )
- 1 onion ( sliced )
- 2 garlic ( minced )
- 1 thumb ginger ( sliced )
- 3 – 4 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 liter of water
- Sinigang mix
- Pepper to taste
- Fish sauce to taste
- A bunch of mustard leaves
- 2 pieces long chili ( green )
- Oil for sauteing
Steps:
- In a deep pan; add in oil and saute tomatoes and onions until soft. Then add garlic and ginger until aromatic. Place in miso paste and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add in the salmon heads and pieces, sinigang mix, pepper, and fish sauce. Give it a stir before covering and cooking for 10 minutes. Add in the mustard leaves and chillies. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. Turn the heat off and transfer into a serving bowl.

Mga Sangkap :
- ½ kilo ulo ng salmon

Paano Lutuin :
