HOW TO MAKE MANGO JELLY DRINK

In preparing this drink, we are going to try to maximize the mango flavor. Start with the jelly. Try to look for a mango-flavored gelatin powder. If you cannot find one, you can use a yellow-colored gelatin powder and some mango extract. Cook the jelly by following the package instructions. Let it set and become firm.

Peel the mangoes and cut them into cubes. Divide the mangoes into two portions—one will be blended with the cream and one will be freshly floating in the final drink. Blend the cream and mangoes. Add water if it becomes too sweet. Cut the jelly into cubes. Grab a glass or a bottle and mix everything together. You can also add some tapioca pearls for a mango jelly sago version. You can make large batch of this and sell some or drink whenever you like. Enjoy!
