Chicken Inasal in Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 2 large chicken legs
- 1 stalk lemongrass chopped
- 1 thumb sized ginger chopped
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons calamansi juice
- 200 ml Sprite or any lemon soda
- Chicken oil
Instructions
- Marinade the chicken legs with lemongrass, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, pepper, soy sauce, calamansi juice, and soda.
- Mix well and set aside to marinate for at least 4 hours.
- Take out the chicken from the marinade. Place these in the air fryer. Air fry for 30 to 40 minutes at 200°C. After 10 minutes. Open and brush these generously with the marinade.
- Continue air frying. After 10 minutes brush with chicken oil. To make chicken oil; cook chicken fat or skin, in a pan until the oils come out. Then add annatto powder or seeds for color.
- Then continue air frying until fully cooked. Take this out and enjoy it with some rice, calamansi, or your favorite sawsawan on the side!

Inasal na Manok Recipe
Mga Sangkap :
- 2 malaking paa ng manok
- 1 tangkay ng tanglad ( tinadtad )
- 1 daliri ng luya ( tinadtad )
- 4 butil ng bawang ( tinadtad )
- 1 kutsara ng kayumangging asukal
- ½ kutsarita ng paminta
- ¼ tasa soy sauce
- 3 kutsara ng katas ng Kalamansi
- 200 ml Sprite kahit anong limon na soft drink
- Chicken oil
Paano Lutuin :
- I-marinate ang manok sa tanglad, luya, bawang, asukal, paminta, soy sauce, kalamansi, at soft drink.
- Haluin ng mabuti at itabi ng 4 oras o higit pa.
- Tanggalin ang manok sa marinade. Ilagay ang mga ito sa airfryer. Lutuin ng 30 o 40 minuto ng 200°C. Sa 10 minuto, bukasan at ipahi ang mga manok ng marinade.
- Ipagpatuloy ang air frying. Pagkatapos ng 10 minuto ipahid ng chicken oil. Para gumawa ng chicken oil; magluto ng balat ng manok o ang taba nito hanggang lumabas ang katas. Haluan ito ng buto ng atsuete o powder para sa kulay.
