- ½ kilo ground pork
- 500 grams cabbage
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- Pepper to taste
- ⅓ cup water
Steps:

Mga Sangkap :

- 4 butil ng bawang, tinadtad

Paano Lutuin :
- Una, hiwain ang mga repolyo sa gitna, at isa pang beses para maging apat ang mga ito. Hiwain pa muli ng maliliit at ilagay ang mga ito sa mangkok. Itabi.
- Maginit ng mantika sa kawali at lutuin ang bawang bago ang mga sibuyas. Pagkatapos ay ilagay ang giniling na baboy at lutuin hanggang mag iba ng kulay.
- Pag nag kayumanggi na ito at nawala na ang katas. Lagyan ng kamatis at lutuin hanggang lumambot. Ihalo ng soy sauce, oyster sauce, at paminta.
