The Banana pudding for example has bananas, eggs, sugar, flour, that’s steamed or oven baked, sometimes banana pudding has a mix of cream, gelatin, bananas, and sweetener that’s frozen overnight into a frozen pudding.

Batter
- 2 – 3 piraso ng saging
- 1 malaking itlog
- 1 tasa ng gatas
Caramel Sauce
- 2/3 tasa puting asukal
- ¼ tasa tubig
Paano Lutuin
- Opsyonal: para handain ang sahog pang ibabaw; initin ng katamtamang init ang kawali, lagyan ito ng asukal at tubig, iwanin ito hangang magkulang dilaw, haluin kahit magmukang matigas na ang asukal dahil matutunaw din ito, haluin hangang mag kayumanggi ang kulay at maging karamel.
- buhos ang karamel sa 5 by 5 o 7 by 7 pulgada na pan, siguraduhing natakpan ng caramel ang bulong ibaba ng pan at ang mga gilid nito. Pwede din lagyan ng mga hiwa ng saging pang dekorasyon.
- Para sa keyk; maghanda ng 2 o 3 bananas para makagawa ng 1 tasa, idagdag to sa blender kasama ng egg, at gatas. Ilugar ito sa pan na may karamel.
- Takpan ng foil at ilugar ito sa trey na pinuno hangang sa gitna ng tubig. Lutuin sa oben na nasa 175°C o 350°F ng 1 oras at 30 na minuto.
- Magumuka itong mabasa ng konti, pero dapat ‘luto’ ang itsura ng taas. O maypagkakayumanggi ang mga glid nito. Tangalin ito sa basang trey, punasin ang ibaba at palamigin sa ref ng 1 – 2 oras.
- Pag lumamig na, tangalin ang takip at ipalit ito ng plato, ibaliktad, hatiin, at kainin!
