Adobong Pusit Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kilo pusit squid
- Ginger sliced
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Pepper to taste
- Red and green chillies
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cup Sprite
- Oil for sauteing
Instructions
- Heat some oil in a pan; saute ginger for a few minutes before adding in the garlic. Cook until aromatic. Then add in the onions and cook until softened.
- Add in the tomatoes and saute for a minute. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper to taste. Add in the squid and toss until fully coated with the sauce.
- Cover and simmer for 2 – 3 minutes or until the water comes out. Give it a little mix before adding the red and green chillies, vinegar, and Sprite. Simmer for a minute without stirring.
- Serve and enjoy !

Mga Sangkap :

- Luya ( hiniwa )
- 5 butil ng bawang ( tinadtad )
- 1 sibuyas ( hiniwa ng maliliit )
- 2 kamatis ( hiniwa ng maliliit )
- 3 kutsara ng soy sauce
- 1 kutsara ng oyster sauce
- Paminta panlasa
- Pula at Berdeng sili
- 3 kutsara ng suka
- 1 tasa ng Sprite
- Mantika pang luto
Paano Lutuin :
- Uminit ng mantika sa kawali, lutuin ang luya ng ilang minuto bago haluan ng garlic. Lutuin hanggang bumango. Pagkatapos, haluan ng sibuyas at lutuin hanggang lumambot.
- Ihalo dito ang kamatis at lutuin ng 1 minuto. Haluan ng soy sauce, oyster sauce, at paminta panlasa. Ihalo dito ang pusit at haluin hanggang matakpan ng sarsa.
