Heat some oil in a pan; saute ginger for a few minutes before adding in the garlic. Cook until aromatic. Then add in the onions and cook until softened.
Add in the tomatoes and saute for a minute. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper to taste. Add in the squid and toss until fully coated with the sauce.
Cover and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes or until the water comes out. Give it a little mix before adding the red and green chillies, vinegar, and Sprite. Simmer for a minute without stirring.
