Adobong Pusit Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kilo pusit squid
  • Ginger sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Pepper to taste
  • Red and green chillies
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 cup Sprite
  • Oil for sauteing

Instructions
 

  • Heat some oil in a pan; saute ginger for a few minutes before adding in the garlic. Cook until aromatic. Then add in the onions and cook until softened.
  • Add in the tomatoes and saute for a minute. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper to taste. Add in the squid and toss until fully coated with the sauce.
  • Cover and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes or until the water comes out. Give it a little mix before adding the red and green chillies, vinegar, and Sprite. Simmer for a minute without stirring.
  • Serve and enjoy !
