Banana to Raisin Bread, no knead recipe (tagalog)
Sahog
- 2 hinog na katamtamamng laki na saging
- 1 kutsaritang lebadura
- ¼ kutsaritang asin
- 1 malaking itlog
- 2 tasa harina ( sobra pang masa)
- 2 kutsaritang tunaw na mantikilya na walang asin
- 1/3 tasa pasas
- 1/3 tasa chocolate chips (opsyonal)
Paano lutuin
- Balatan ang saging at lamasin. Haluin ang lebadura, asin, at itlog.. idagdag ang harina at haluin ng mabuti, lagyan ng mantikilya, haluin hangang wala na makitang harina.
- Idagdag ang pasaa at tsokolate, itiklop sa masa. Takpan ng 1 oras at 30 na minute o hanggang dumoble ng laki.
- Pagkatapos, imasa ang masa sa makinis na itaas para matanggal ang hangin. Patagin at hatiin ng 9 na piraso irolyo ng pabilog. Ilagay ang mga ito sa baking tray at takpan ng g 1 oras at 30 na minute o hanggang dumoble ng laki.
