Ingredients
- 500 grams marble potatoes
- Water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 250 grams bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced

- ½ cup quickmelt cheese chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

- In a pot add in the potatoes,enough water to cover the potatoes, and salt. Boil until the potatoes are tender. Strain and set aside.
- In another pan, fry bacon until crispy and browned. Set aside.
- Remove excess oil. Melt butter. Saute onions until soft, saute in garlic and cook until aromatic. Add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
- Pour in all purpose cream and mix well. Add in cheese and mix until it melts. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add back the bacon and potatoes.
- Mix well until well combined. Until everything is well coated in the sauce. Top with more bacon and some parsley.
