mushrooms

all purpose cream

quickmelt cheese
chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley
for garnish
Instructions
In a pot add in the potatoes,enough water to cover the potatoes, and salt. Boil until the potatoes are tender. Strain and set aside.
In another pan, fry bacon until crispy and browned. Set aside.
Remove excess oil. Melt butter. Saute onions until soft, saute in garlic and cook until aromatic. Add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
Pour in all purpose cream and mix well. Add in cheese and mix until it melts. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add back the bacon and potatoes.
Mix well until well combined. Until everything is well coated in the sauce. Top with more bacon and some parsley.
