How to make cajun seafood boil?

Create the broth by cooking the seafood in a pot seasoned with salt. Cooking them separately with the crabs boiled and taken out, before adding the shrimps, cooking these till it turns orange then taking these out again, and finally cooking the mussels till everything opens up. Take these aside to cool, keeping the leftover ‘broth’ or ‘soup’ to be used later on. Then make the Cajun Butter Sauce for seafood boil by melting butter and heating some oil in a pan, cooking a lot of minced garlic till aromatic, add in the cajun seasoning, oyster sauce for a richer texture, brown sugar for some sweetness, and half of the seafood broth made earlier to dilute the sauce. Let this simmer till it feels thicker, give it a taste and add some salt and pepper. Add in the squids, letting it cook just for a short while before adding back the parboiled seafoods, and parboiled corn. Give these a good mix to make sure everything is covered with the sauce. Take the pan off the heat to avoid over cooking then garnish with some green onions for pops of color.
