Mango Graham Ice Cream

Mango Graham Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 kilo ripe mangoes
- 2 packs all purpose cream chilled overnight
- 1 can condensed milk chilled overnight, optional-mango-flavored
- 1 pack graham crackers crushed
Instructions
- Slice the mangoes into cubes. Take these out and set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk all purpose cream at high speed until it doubles in size. Pour in condensed milk and whip until well blended.
- Add in mangoes and graham crackers. Stir to combine. Pour in a freezer-safe container. Add more toppings ( grahams and mangoes ) if you like.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours. Scoop and enjoy !

Paano Lutuin :
