Mango Graham Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kilo ripe mangoes
  • 2 packs all purpose cream chilled overnight
  • 1 can condensed milk chilled overnight, optional-mango-flavored
  • 1 pack graham crackers crushed

Instructions
 

  • Slice the mangoes into cubes. Take these out and set aside.
  • In another bowl, whisk all purpose cream at high speed until it doubles in size. Pour in condensed milk and whip until well blended.
  • Add in mangoes and graham crackers. Stir to combine. Pour in a freezer-safe container. Add more toppings ( grahams and mangoes ) if you like.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours. Scoop and enjoy !
