Paano Lutuin :
- Ihanda ang manok; timplahan ito kasama ng pineapple syrup, soy sauce, vinegar, at paminta. Itabi at i-marinade ng 1 oras o higit pa.
- Sa kawali, mag init ng mantika. Iprito ang mga manok hanggang mag kayumanggo. Pag baliktarin kung kinakailangan. Lutuin ng batches, at itabi.
- Sa parehong kawali, lutuin ang mga bawang at sibuyas hanggang bumango. Ibalik ang mga manok, haluin din dito ang buong paminta, dahon ng laurel, at marinade. Wag haluin at pakuluin ito ng 3 minuto.
