Ingredients :
- ½ cup softened salted butter
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- ⅓ – ½ cup powdered sugar
Steps :
1. In a bowl, add in softened butter, all purpose flour, and powdered sugar. Mix well. It might look dry now, but just keep mixing until it looks a bit smooth.

2. Prepare a piping bag with your tip of choice. The bigger the tip, the easier it is to pipe later. Place the batter in and push the tip out.

3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Start piping, do any shape you’d like! From an oblong, heart, or swirl. Optional: Pat the sharp edges with your fingers.

4. Bake at a 180°C or 350°F preheated oven for 10 – 12 minutes or until golden. The lighter colored it is the sweeter, the longer you bake and the darker it is the nuttier it tastes.

5. Enjoy !

Questions:
- What if you add an egg ?
For a 3 ingredient butter cookies recipe with egg the difference would be that it will make the cookies feel more tender and softer. It might also puff up more, and keep it moist for longer.
- Turn this recipe into keto 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies ?
Want to make a nutter keto version of the butter cookies? Try this: Replace the butter with a cup of peanut butter, and instead of sugar – use allulose or any keto friendly substitute, and a large egg instead of flour. This is because the peanut butter already has a better structure and can stabilize well with just an egg. Three Ingredient Butter Cookies Resipi ( Tagalog ) :
Mga Sangkap :
- ½ tasa na pinalambot na mantikilya na may asin
- 1 tasa ng harina
- ⅓ – ½ tasa powdered sugar
Paano Lutuin :
- Ienjoy !
