Chocolate Flavor Ice Candy Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 2 liters water
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 can condensed milk (390g)
  • 1 can evaporated milk (370ml)
  • brown sugar as needed
  • 1 cup cassava flour (or cornstarch) (for smooth texture)
  • pinipig (rice flakes) (optional)

Steps :

1. Boil 2 liters water. In another bowl, dissolve cocoa powder in 1 cup hot water. Set aside.

2. Once the water is boiling, add the evaporated milk, condensed milk and dissolved cocoa powder. Taste for sweetness. Add sugar as needed. Mix well and let it boil.

3. Dissolve cassava flour in 1 cup room-temp water. Add to the boiling ice candy mixture. Stir continuously. Make sure there are no lumps. Simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Remove from heat and let it cool. Once cooled down, add in pinipig if you want. Pour in ice candy plastics. FREEZE.

Mga Sangkap :

  • 2 litro ng tubig
  • 1 tasa ng unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 lata ng condensed milk (390g)
  • 1 lata ng evaporated milk (370ml)
  • kayumangging asukal kung kinakailangan
  • 1 tasa cassava flour ( o cornstarch ) ( para sa smooth texture )
  • pinipig (rice flakes) ( opsyonal )

Paano Lutuin :

  1. Magkulo ng 2 litro ng tubig. Sa ibang mangok haluin ang cocoa powder sa 1 tasa ng mainit na tubig. Itabi.
  2. Pagkumukulo na ang tubig, haluan ng evaporated milk, condensed milk, at hinalong cocoa powder mixture. Tikman at haluan ng asukal kung kulang pa sa tamis. Haluin at pakuluin muli.
  3. I-dissolve ang cassava flour sa 1 tasa ng maligamgam na tubig. Bago ihalo ito sa kumukulong ice candy mixture. Haluin ng tuloy-tuloy para walang buobuo. Pakuluin ng 5 minuto.
  4. Tanggalin sa init at palamigin. Pag malamig-lamig na haluan ng pinipig kung gusto. Ilagay sa mga ice candy na palstik. Ifreeze.
