Ingredients

  • 1/2 Kilo Sweet potatoes (kamote)

  • 1 Cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 Cup milk (fresh or evaporated milk)

  • 3 Tbsp sugar (more for sprinkle)

  • 1/4 Tsp salt

  • oil for frying

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine flour, milk, sugar and salt. Mix well and set aside.
  • Peel the sweet potatoes. Then, cut into strips. After cutting, mix in the flour mixture until well coated.
  • Heat oil in the pan. Scoop a mixture with sweet potato strips and form into circle. Fry both sides until golden brown.
  • Right after frying, sprinkle with sugar. you may also spread some margarine in the fritters before sprinkling sugar.

Mga Sangkap:

  • 1/2 kilo kamote
  • 1 tasa all-purpose flour
  • 1 tasa gatas (fresh o evaporated milk)
  • 3 kutsara ng asukal ( at sobra para sa pang dekorasyon )
  • 1/4 kutsarita ng asin

Paano Lutuin:

  1. Sa mangkok, haluin ang harina, gatas, asukal, at asin. Itabi.
  2. Balatan ang mga kamote. Hiwain ng maninipis na pahaba. Ihalo sa hinalong harina hanggang matakpan ng mabuti ang mga ito.
  3. Uminit ng mantika sa kawali. Maglagay ng scoop ang kamote at bumuo ng bilog. Iprito ang bawat gilid hanggang mag-golden.
  4. Pagkatapos iprito, lagyan ang mga ito ng asukal. Pwede din pahiran ang mga ito ng margarine bago lagyan ng asukal.
