Soy Glazed Chicken

Soy Glazed Chicken Recipe :
Ingredients
- 1 kilo chicken legs ( boneless )
- Salt and pepper ( for seasoning )
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup cornstarch ( for coating )
- 6 cloves garlic ( minced )
- Sesame seeds
- Oil for frying
Steps:
- Prepare the chicken; season these with salt and pepper. Set aside. To make the sauce; in a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- Coat the chicken with cornstarch. Fry in a pan with enough oil, cooking at around 4 minutes on each side. Cook these in batches, set aside.
- In the same pan; saute garlic until aromatic, add in the soy sauce mixture, mix till it bubbles. Let this simmer for 30 seconds before adding in the chicken. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes, flipping in the middle.
- Serve once most of the sauce has been soaked by the chicken. Garnish with Sesame seeds.

Mga Sangkap :
- 1 kilo paa ng manok ( na walang buto )
- Asin at paminta ( pampalasa )
- 3 kutsarang soy sauce

- Paminta panlasa
- 1 tasa cornstarch ( para sa pagprito )
- 6 butil ng bawang ( tinadtad )

Paano Lutuin :
- Ihanda ang mga manok; haluan ng asin at paminta. Itabi. Para sa sarsa; sa mangkok haluin ang soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, at paminta panlasa. Itabi.
- Takpan ang mga manok ng cornstarch. Iprito sa kawali na may mainit na mantika. Lutuin ng 4 minuto sa bawat gilid. Lutuin ng mag-batch, itabi.
- Sa parehong kawali; lutuin ang bawang hanggang bumango, haluin ang hinalong sarsa hanggang bumula. Pakuluin ng 30 minuto bago ilagay ang mga prinitong manok. Lutuin ng 2 – 3 minuto, baliktarin sa gitna.
- Ihanda hanggang matakpan ang lahat ng manok ng sarsa. Dekorasyonan ng sesame seeds.
