Ingredients

  • 5 block of tofu

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 5 cloves garlic ( minced )

  • 1 medium onion ( chopped )

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables

  • 1 cup all purpose cream

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Spring onions for garnish ( optional )

  • Oil for frying

Directions

  • First, slice the tofu into medium-sized squares. Fry until golden brown. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, melt the butter and saute the garlic until aromatic, cook the onions until slightly soft before adding in the mixed vegetables. Saute for a minute.
  • Pour in the all purpose cream, salt and pepper to taste, oyster sauce, and water. Simmer until it thickens slightly.
  • Add in the fried tofu. Toss it around until it’s coated with the sauce. Cook for a minute. Garnish with spring onions before serving.

Mga Sangkap :

  • 5 bloke ng tokwa
  • 2 kutsara ng mantikilya
  • 5 butil ng bawang ( tinadtad)
  • 1 sibuyas ( hiniwa ng maliliit )
  • 1 tasa mixed vegetables
  • 1 tasa ng all purpose cream
  • Asin at Paminta depende sa panlasa
  • 1 kutsara ng oyster sauce
  • ½ tasa ng tubig
  • Dahon ng sibuyas pang dekorasyon ( opsyonal )
  • Mantika pang prito

Paano Lutuin :

  1. Una, hiwain ang mga tokwa na pa-parisukat. Iprito hanggang mag golden. Itabi.
  2. Sa ibang mangkok, tunawin ang mantikilya at lutuin ang mga bawang hanggang mabango. Lutuin ang mga sibuyas hanggang lumambot ng konti bago haluin dito ang mixed vegetables. Lutuin ng 1 minuto.
  3. Ibuhos dito ang all purpose cream, asin at paminta, oyster sauce, at tubig. Haluin ang pakuluan hanggang kumapal ng konti.
  4. Ibalik ang prinitong tokwa. Ihalo hanggang matakpan ang mga tokwa ng sarsa. Lutuin ng 1 minuto. Dekorasyonan ng dahon ng sibuyas bago ihanda.
