Ingredients

  • 1 medium-size apple

  • ½ cup of all purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 50ml milk

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • a pinch of salt

  • 1 egg

  • 1/8 teaspoon red food coloring

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • ¼ cup water

Directions

  • Peel the apple and mince the skins before setting aside. Cut the apple to half, chop the half to cubes and the other half to slices. Set aside.
  • For the batter; in a bowl, mix all purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, ¼ cup sugar, milk, cinnamon powder, salt, egg, red food coloring, and minced apple skin.
  • In a pan at low heat, melt a tablespoon of butter and spread this around the pan. Dip the sliced apples into the batter, coating this evenly.
  • Fry it in the pan for 2 minutes on both sides. Flipping once the top bubbles. Take it off the heat once cooked. Repeat for the remaining slices.
  • For the sauce; in a pan at medium heat, mix 1 tablespoon butter and ¼ cup sugar till it dissolves. Add the chopped apples and mix well.
  • Let this simmer and when the sauce thickens, take it off the heat.
  • Stack the pancakes up and top with the applesauce and chunks.

  • 1 katamtamang laking mansanas
  • ½ tasa harina
  • 1 kutsarang baking powder
  • 1 kutsarang vanilla extract
  • ½ tasa asukal
  • 50ml gatas
  • 1 kutsaritang cinnamon powder
  • 1 kurot ng asin
  • 1 itlog
  • 1/8 kutsaritang pulang food coloring
  • 2 kutsarang mantikilya
  • ¼ tasa tubig

Paano lutuin

  1. Alisin ang balat ng mansanas at tinadtad ang mga ito bago itabi. Hatiin ng kalahati ang mansanas, itadtad ang isang kalahati, at ihiwa ng maninipis ang isang kalahati. Itabi.
  2. Para sa batter; sa mangkok, haluin ang harina, baking powder, vanilla extract, ¼ tasa ng asukal, gatas, cinnamon powder, asin, itlog, red food coloring, at tinadtad na balat ng mansanas.
  3. Sa kawali na may mababang init, tunawin ang 1 kutsarang mantikilya at ikalat ito sa kawali. Isawsaw ang hiniwa na mansanas sa batter, siguraduhing natakpan ito ng manigi.
  4. Lutuin ito sa pan ng 2 minuto sa bawat gilid. Ibaliktad pag bumula na ang taas nito. Tanggalin sa init pag naluto na. iulit hanggang naluto na ang natitirang hiniwang mansanas.
  5. Para sa sauce; sa kawali na may katamtamang init, ihalo ang 1 kutsarang mantikilya at ¼ tasa ng asukal hanggang matunaw ito. Isama ang tinadtad na mansanas at haluin ng mabuti.
  6. Pakuluin ito hanggang kumapal ang sauce. Tanggalin sa init.
  7. Ihanda ang pancakes na dinekorasyonan ng applesauce.
