Ingredients
For the Salad
- 1 can tuna
- 3 small hard boiled eggs
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 3 medium tomatoes
- Lettuce
For the Sauce :
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Half lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar optional
Instructions
- Strain the tuna, set aside. Slice the eggs into wedges.
- Take out the ends of the cucumber and peel some of the sides. Slice into half and take out the seeds. Slice into half circles.
- Slice the red onions, remove the seeds and slice the tomatoes, roughly chop the lettuce. Place everything in a bowl.
- To make the sauce; mix mayonnaise, plain yogurt, garlic, salt and pepper, lemon juice, sugar, and a little bit of oil from the tuna ( optional ).
- Pour in the sauce and toss until the salad is fully coated. Enjoy !
