Cucumber Tuna Egg Salad

For the Salad
1
can tuna
3
small hard boiled eggs
1
large cucumber
1
red onion
3
medium tomatoes
Lettuce
For the Sauce :
¼
cup
mayonnaise
2
tablespoons
plain yogurt
1
clove
garlic
minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Half lemon juice
1
teaspoon
sugar
optional
Instructions
Strain the tuna, set aside. Slice the eggs into wedges.
Take out the ends of the cucumber and peel some of the sides. Slice into half and take out the seeds. Slice into half circles.
Slice the red onions, remove the seeds and slice the tomatoes, roughly chop the lettuce. Place everything in a bowl.
To make the sauce; mix mayonnaise, plain yogurt, garlic, salt and pepper, lemon juice, sugar, and a little bit of oil from the tuna ( optional ).
Pour in the sauce and toss until the salad is fully coated. Enjoy !
