Cucumber Tuna Egg Salad

Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 1 can tuna
  • 3 small hard boiled eggs
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • Lettuce

For the Sauce :

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Half lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar optional

Instructions
 

  • Strain the tuna, set aside. Slice the eggs into wedges.
  • Take out the ends of the cucumber and peel some of the sides. Slice into half and take out the seeds. Slice into half circles.
  • Slice the red onions, remove the seeds and slice the tomatoes, roughly chop the lettuce. Place everything in a bowl.
  • To make the sauce; mix mayonnaise, plain yogurt, garlic, salt and pepper, lemon juice, sugar, and a little bit of oil from the tuna ( optional ).
  • Pour in the sauce and toss until the salad is fully coated. Enjoy !
