Ingredients
  

  • 1 kilo shrimp
  • 1 cup Sprite
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 6 large tomatoes chopped
  • Pepper to taste
  • ½ tablespoon sugar optional
  • Fish sauce to taste
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • Spring onion for garnish
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Marinade the shrimp with Sprite, set aside for 30 minutes. Drain after.
  • Heat some oil in a pan. Saute shrimps until these change in color. Once orange, take these out of the pan.
  • In the same pan, melt butter and saute garlic until aromatic. Saute onions until soft. Add in tomatoes and saute for a minute until soft enough to crush.
  • Season with pepper, sugar, and fish sauce to taste. Mix well before pouring in the egg. Cook for a few seconds before adding back the shrimps. Stir until well coated, for about 1 minute.
  • Garnish with spring onions before serving.
