  • ½ kilo salmon head

  • 3 pieces tomatoes ( sliced )

  • 1 onion ( sliced )

  • 2 garlic ( minced )

  • 1 thumb ginger ( sliced )

  • 3 – 4 tablespoons miso paste

  • 1 liter of water

  • Sinigang mix

  • Pepper to taste

  • Fish sauce to taste

  • A bunch of mustard leaves

  • 2 pieces long chili ( green )

  • Oil for sauteing

Directions

  • In a deep pan; add in oil and saute tomatoes and onions until soft. Then add garlic and ginger until aromatic. Place in miso paste and water. Bring to a boil.
  • Add in the salmon heads and pieces, sinigang mix, pepper, and fish sauce. Give it a stir before covering and cooking for 10 minutes. Add in the mustard leaves and chillies. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. Turn the heat off and transfer into a serving bowl.
  • Serve hot!
