Beef Nuggets with Honey Mustard Dip Recipe:
Ingredients :
For the Nuggets :
- 1/2 kilo ground beef
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
For the Sauce :
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Steps :
- In a bowl, combine beef and seasonings such as onion powder, pepper, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese and mix until well combined.
- Get a portion of the seasoned ground beef. Using your hands, mold these into the shape and size you want.
- Dredge in all purpose flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Transfer to a tray, cover with cling wrap before chilling in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare a pot with enough oil for frying. Once hot, deep fry nuggets until golden in color. Do this by batches.
