Ingredients
- ½ kilo chicken liver
- 1 thumb ginger, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 – 3 dried bay leaves
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 400 grams green beans, sliced to bite-sized pieces
Steps:
- Heat some oil in a pan, saute ginger, before cooking garlic until aromatic. Then onions till these are slightly translucent.
- Add in the liver. Saute till these changes in color, and some of the juices come out. Add some pepper, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and bay leaves. Mix well.
