Paano Magluto ng Ginisang Sayote with Itlog
MGA SANGKAP:
- 2 sayote
- 2 piraso ng kamatis
- 2 malalaking itlog
- 1 sibuyas (hiniwa)
- 2 butil ng bawang (hiniwa ng maliliit)
- asin at paminta
- tubig
PAANO LUTUIN:
- Balatan ang sayote at hiwain ito sa maliliit na piraso. Hiwain ng maninipis ang mga kamatis. Batihin ang mga itlog sa isang bowl.
- Magpainit ng mantika at igisa ang sibuyas at bawang hanggang maging light brown.
- Ilagay ang kamatis at sayote strips at igisa ng isang minuto. Budburan ng asin at paminta.
- Lagyan ng konting tubig at takpan ang kawali. Hayaang itong maluto ng 3 hanggang 5 minuto hanggang lumambot ang sayote.
- Ilagay ang binating itlog at haluin ng dahan-dahan hanggang maluto ito.
