Creamy Chicken and Mushrooms with Broccoli Recipe :
Ingredients:
- 1 kilo chicken thighs
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cloves garlic ( minced )
- 1 medium onion ( chopped )
- 1 cup canned mushrooms ( chopped and drained )
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 chicken broth cube
- 1 cup water
- 250ml all-purpose cream (1 cup)
- 500 grams broccoli
- oil for searing
Steps:
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat some oil in a pan and sear the chicken until browned. Flip once one side has browned. Do these by batches then set aside.
- Remove some of the oil. Melt in butter, saute garlic, then cook onions before adding the mushrooms, saute for a minute. Add back the seared chicken.
- Add in soy sauce, chicken broth cube, and water. Cover and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes at medium heat. Flip the chicken at the halfway mark.
- After simmering, flip the chicken back and turn the heat to low. Pour in all purpose cream and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.

Mga Sangkap:
- 1 kilo hita ng manok
- Asin at paminta panlasa
- 1 kutsaritang mantikilya
- 4 butil ng bawang ( tinadtad )
- 1 sibuyas ( hiniwa )
- 1 tasa kabute ( na galing sa lata, salain )
- 1 kutsaritang soy sauce
- 1/2 chicken broth cube
- 1 tasa tubig
- 250ml all-purpose cream (1 tasa)
- 500 gramo brokuli
- Mantika panluto
Paano Lutuin :
- Timplahan ng asin at paminta ang mga manok. Maginit ng mantika sa kawali at lutuin ang manok hanggang mag kayumanggi. Pag baliktarin pag nag kayumanggi na ang isang gilid. Itabi pagkatapos.
- Tanggalin ang mantika sa kawali. Tunawin ang mantikilya, lutuin ang bawang, pagkatapos ang mga sibuyas bago haluan ng kabute. Lutuin ng 1 minuto at ilagay ang mga manok.
- Lagyan ng soy sauce, chicken broth cube, at tubig. Takpan at pakuluin ng 15 – 20 minuto sa katamtamang init. Pag baliktarin ang mga manok sa gitna ng pagkulo.
