Braised Pork Belly

Braised Pork Belly is a deliciously boldly flavored but still balanced dish made of pork chunks sauteed in garlic,onions, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, star anise, some water, boiled quail eggs, chillies, and spring onions.
