In a pot with corn, add enough water. Cover and bring to a boil. Cook until tender.
In another pot, add in pork ribs, sliced ginger, salt, and enough hot water to cover the ribs. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove the impurities. After boiling for 5 minutes, remove the ribs from the pot.
Heat oil in a pan, add the pork in and saute until browned. Add in minced ginger, garlic, and pepper. Saute for a few seconds.
Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and Sprite. Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until the ribs are tender.
Add in sweet corn, toss it until fully covered with the sauce. If you want some spice, sprinkle in red chillies and garnish with spring onions and cook for a minute.
