Marinade the shrimps with 1 bottle of Sprite. Set aside for 30 minutes. Drain after.
Melt butter in a pan, saute garlic until aromatic. Add in the drained shrimps and cook until they change in color. Once orange, take these out of the pan. Set aside.
In the same pan, saute tomato paste for a minute. Pour in 1 cup of Sprite. Bring to a simmer, then mix in oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and red chillies.
Cook until the sauce has reduced slightly or has thickened. Add back the shrimps and toss until well coated with the sauce. Garnish with spring onions before serving.
