In a pan, heat some oil. Saute ham until it browns. Set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter. Saute garlic and onions until aromatic. Saute in mushrooms for a minute. Add in mixed vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
Pour in all purpose cream and mix well. Add in chicken cube, salt and pepper to taste, and cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add in the quail eggs and ham. Cook for a minute until the eggs are fully coated with the sauce. Enjoy !
