Season the shrimps with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the shrimps just until they change in color. 1 - 2 minutes on each side. Flip to cook evenly. Set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and saute in garlic until aromatic. Pour in all purpose cream and give it a good mix. Add in quickmelt cheese and cook until these melt.
Give it a taste, add salt and pepper if needed. Add in parsley before adding back the shrimp. Cook for 1 - 2 minutes until the sauce clings to shrimp.
