Shrimp and Garlic Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams shrimp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup all purpose cream
  • 3 tablespoons quickmelt cheese
  • Parsley
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Season the shrimps with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and cook the shrimps just until they change in color. 1 - 2 minutes on each side. Flip to cook evenly. Set aside.
  • In the same pan, melt butter and saute in garlic until aromatic. Pour in all purpose cream and give it a good mix. Add in quickmelt cheese and cook until these melt.
  • Give it a taste, add salt and pepper if needed. Add in parsley before adding back the shrimp. Cook for 1 - 2 minutes until the sauce clings to shrimp.
  • Serve and enjoy !
