  • 1 Can Condensed Milk 300ml
  • 1 Cup All-purpose cream
  • 3 Sachets Milo powder 66g
  • 1 Cup Hot water
  • 1 Cup Tapioca pearls (sago) cooked

Instructions

Prepare the Milo Jelly

  • In a large pot, combine the gelatin powder, Milo powder, instant coffee, sugar, and water.
  • Stir well until everything is completely dissolved.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat while stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from the heat and carefully pour into a jelly mold or rectangular container.
  • Allow the jelly to cool completely, then refrigerate until firm.
  • Once set, cut the jelly into small cubes.

Prepare the Drink

  • In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the Milo powder in the hot water.
  • Add the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and all-purpose cream. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Fold in the Milo jelly cubes and cooked tapioca pearls.
  • Stir gently until evenly distributed.
  • Pour into serving glasses or bottles.
  • Chill before serving or pour over ice for an instantly refreshing drink.

Notes

  • Chill the drink for at least 2 to 4 hours for the best flavor and texture.
  • Cook the tapioca pearls until they're soft and chewy, then rinse them in cold water to keep them from sticking together.
  • The instant coffee enhances the chocolate flavor without making the drink taste like coffee.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar and condensed milk according to your preference.
  • You can substitute tapioca pearls with nata de coco or mini chocolate jelly cubes for a fun variation.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Stir well before serving, as the ingredients may naturally separate during storage.
