Place the shrimps in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a pot of boiling water, blanch broccoli for 3 minutes. Set aside ( put in an ice bath to stop cooking ).
Heat some oil in a pan, fry the shrimp for 1 - 2 minutes on each side. Flip to cook evenly. Set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter. Saute in garlic until aromatic. Pour in all purpose cream and mix well. Add in parmesan cheese and cook until these have melted.
Give it a taste and add salt and pepper if needed. Add in some parsley, add back the shrimp, and broccoli. Mix well before serving.
