Garlic Shrimp with Broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 700 grams shrimp peeled
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 100 grams broccoli

Shrimp and Broccoli Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup all purpose cream
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • Parsley for garnish
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Place the shrimps in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • In a pot of boiling water, blanch broccoli for 3 minutes. Set aside ( put in an ice bath to stop cooking ).
  • Heat some oil in a pan, fry the shrimp for 1 - 2 minutes on each side. Flip to cook evenly. Set aside.
  • In the same pan, melt butter. Saute in garlic until aromatic. Pour in all purpose cream and mix well. Add in parmesan cheese and cook until these have melted.
  • Give it a taste and add salt and pepper if needed. Add in some parsley, add back the shrimp, and broccoli. Mix well before serving.
