Creamy Broccoli Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 2 broccoli stems
  • 62 grams mushroom soup mixture pack
  • 4 cups water
  • ¼ cup unsalted margarine
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 carrot minced
  • 50 grams canned mushrooms strained
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut out the florets and set aside. Place the mushroom soup mixture in a bowl and mix with 2 cups of water. Once the powder dissolves, set aside.
  • In a pan, melt margarine. Add in garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add in carrots and saute for 3 minutes. Add in mushrooms and saute these for 2 minutes.
  • Pour in the mushroom soup mixture and 2 more cups of water. Give it a good stir. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir again.
  • Season with pepper. Add in the broccoli florets. Stir and cover to cook for 5 more minutes. Give it a mix before serving.
