Ingredients
  

For the Coffee Jelly

  • 1 sachet Unflavored clear jelly powder
  • 5 Cups Water
  • 5 tsps Instant coffee powder
  • 3 Tbsps Sugar

For the Cream mixture

  • 1 pack All-purpose cream 250ml
  • ½ Cup Condensed Milk

Instructions
 

Make the Coffee Jelly

  • In a saucepan, combine the water, jelly powder, instant coffee powder, and sugar.
  • Stir well until everything is completely dissolved.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat while stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from the heat and pour into a jelly mold or shallow container.
  • Allow it to cool completely, then refrigerate until firm.
  • Once set, cut the jelly into bite-sized cubes.

Prepare the Cream Mixture

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose cream and condensed milk.
  • Mix until smooth and well blended.
  • Add the coffee jelly cubes and gently fold until evenly coated.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the instant coffee to 6 teaspoons or add ½ teaspoon more to the cream mixture.
  • Chill the all-purpose cream before mixing for a richer, creamier texture.
  • Let the jelly cool completely before cutting to achieve neat, firm cubes.
  • You can add nata de coco, kaong, or cooked tapioca pearls for extra texture and variety.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Serve well chilled for the best flavor and refreshing texture.
