Peel the bananas, slice in vertical quarters. Set aside.
Prepare the lumpia wrappers by slicing these into triangles ( in half diagonally ). Place a banana over the end of one wrapper. Roll halfway, fold the edges in and roll till the end the seal. Repeat until all the bananas are wrapped.
Fry the bananas in a pot with hot oil until golden brown. Flip as needed. Once golden, take these out. Set aside.
In another pan, pour in a bit of the oil used for frying then mix in sugar. Caramelize-let the sugar melt until it turns golden and smooth. Add back the bananas and stir until coated with the sauce.
