Gather all the ingredients. Slice the string beans into smaller pieces. Wash and set aside.
In a pan saute the pork until it browns and the oil comes out. Add in the garlic and saute until aromatic. Mix in the onions and tomatoes.
Once the tomatoes are soft enough to crush, add pepper to taste, soy sauce, and water. Mix well. Cover and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes or until the pork is tender.
Add in the string beans and oyster sauce. Stir fry until well combined. Cover and cook for a minute. Serve with rice on the side.
