Adobong Sitaw with Pork Belly

Ingredients
  

  • 2 - 3 bunches string beans
  • 300 grams pork belly chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 small tomatoes chopped
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup water adjust as needed
  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce

Instructions
 

  • Gather all the ingredients. Slice the string beans into smaller pieces. Wash and set aside.
  • In a pan saute the pork until it browns and the oil comes out. Add in the garlic and saute until aromatic. Mix in the onions and tomatoes.
  • Once the tomatoes are soft enough to crush, add pepper to taste, soy sauce, and water. Mix well. Cover and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes or until the pork is tender.
  • Add in the string beans and oyster sauce. Stir fry until well combined. Cover and cook for a minute. Serve with rice on the side.
