Ingredients
- 1 large banana blossom
- 4 – 5 medium sized eggs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- ½ tablespoon liquid seasoning
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Steps:
- Slice the end of a banana heart, peel off the matured (darker colored leaves) leaves, until you get to the heart. Slice this in half, then into a quarter to remove the core.
- Place these in a pot, pour in enough water to cover these. Bring to a boil and simmer till soft and tender. This should be easily pierced by a fork. Drain and let it cool down.
- Once cooled down, blend or minced till you get your desired texture. Place this on a strainer and press down to remove any excess water.
- Place the squeezed blossoms into a bowl with eggs, garlic, onion, liquid seasoning, and all purpose flour. Mix well. Before mixing in salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat oil in a pan, scoop some of the mixture and flatten it a bit to turn it into a burger. Fry till one side turns golden brown before flipping. Once both sides have browned, take it out and place these in a kitchen towel.
- Serve with a side of vinegar or ketchup.

Prepare a pan with enough oil that’s hot enough that it slightly bubbles. Scoop a tablespoon full or more of the mixture into the pan. Flatten it a bit to form the patties. Flipping once one side turns brown. Once both sides are golden, take these out and place them over a plate with a kitchen towel to remove any excess oil. Mga Sangkap :

Paano Lutuin :
- Hiwain ang dulo ng puso ng saging, balatang ang mga luma o mas maitim na mga dahon, hanggang makita ang puso. Hiwain ito sa dalawa, at kalahati muli at tanggalin ang matigas na gitna.
- Ilagay ang mga ito sa palayok, buhusan ng sapat na tubig hanggang matakpan ang mga ito. Pakuluin hanggang lumambot. Tapos na ito pag mabilis itong tusukin gamit ang tinidor. Salain at palamigin.
