No Oven Cheesy Potato Roll Recipe (Tagalog)
Sahog:
- 4 piraso ng patatas
- 1/3 tasa tunaw na mantikilya (na may asin)
- 2 kutsarang bawang (tinadtad)
- 1 kutsarang oregano (o ibang herb)
- hiniwa na bacon
- hiwa na mozzarella
Paano Lutuin:
- Para sa ‘pampalasa’, sa isang tasa paghaluin ang mantikilya, bawang, at oregano o kahit anong herb. Isnatabi.
- Hiwain ng isa’t kalahati na pulgada ang mga patatas, siguraduhing na hindi ito hinati hangang dulo. Pahiran ang pampalasa na mantikilya.
- Sa bawat pantig lagyan ng bacon o mozzarella para makagawa ng pattern.
- Ilugar ito sa oven safe na plato o baking tray. Pahiran ng natitirang mantikilya.
- Sa kalan na mag katamtamamng init, ilagay ang malaking kawali, takpan ito ng 7 o 10 na minute. Tangalan ng takip and lagyan ng rack sa gitna., ilagay sa itaas nito anf baking tray. Takpan ng 30 na minute o hangang 1 oras o pag lumambot na ang patatas sa loob.
