Egg Dumplings recipe (tagalog)
Sahog
- 1 kutsaritang mantika
- 3 piraso itlog
- ½ tasa tinadtad na manok o kahit anong karne
- 1 pirasong maliit na karot (tinadtad)
- 1 kutsarang malunggay
- ½ kutsaritang asin
- 1 ½ kutsaritang cornstarch (tinunaw sa 2 kutsarang tubig)
- 4 butil ng bawang (tinadtad)
- 1 piraso maliit na sibuyas (tinadtad)
- 4 kutsarang tubig
- 1 kutsaritang soy sauce
- 1 kutsarang oyster sauce
- 1 kutsarang dahon ng sibuyas
Paano lutuin
- Sa kawali na may katamtamang init, lagyan ng mantika at lutuin ang bawang hanggang bumango, isama ang sibuyas at lutuin hanggang maganinag ang itsura. Ilagay ang manok at lutuin hanggang magiba ng kulay.
- Ihalo ng fish sauce at tubig. Takpan at lutuin ng 3 minuto. Dagdagan ng karots, soy sauce at paminta. Haluan din ito ng oyster sauce at malungay. Pagnaluto na, itabi.
- Sa isang mangkok, haluin ang 3 itlog, pirangot ng asin, at paminta, at ang cornstarch na halo.
- Sa kawali na may mababang init, lagyan ng mantika, ibuhos ang 1/3 tasa ng hinalong itlog, ihugis ito ng pabilog. Lagyan ng manok na palaman at tupiin para matakpan ng kalahati ng itlog ang may laman. Pindutin ng konti para asara ang ga gilid. Ibaliktad para maluto ang magkabilaan. Ulittin hanggang wala nang itlog na halo.
